The Center for Vein Medicine offers two convenient locations, in both Hagerstown and Frederick, Maryland, just a short drive from points throughout Pennsylvania, Western Maryland, and West Virginia.
Hagerstown
Our office in Hagerstown is located at 1401 Dual Highway at the corner of Dual Highway (Rt. 40) and Mount Aetna Rd. MapQuest Driving Directions »
Directions:
- From Frederick/Baltimore: take I-70 West to Rt. 40 West (exit 32). Route 40 is also known as the Dual Highway in this part of Hagerstown. You will travel approximately 2 miles and pass under two traffic lights. Immediately after passing under the 2nd traffic light, turn left on Mount Aetna Rd. The office will be directly in front of you.
- From Washington, DC: take I-270 North to I-70 West, to Rt. 40 West (exit 32). Route 40 is also known as the Dual Highway in this part of Hagerstown. You will travel approximately 2 miles and pass under two traffic lights. Immediately after passing under the 2nd traffic light, turn left on Mount Aetna Rd. The office will be directly in front of you.
- From Martinsburg/Winchester: take I-81 North to I-70 East, to Rt. 40 West (exit 32). Route 40 is also known as the Dual Highway in this part of Hagerstown. You will travel approximately 2 miles and pass under two traffic lights. Immediately after passing under the 2nd traffic light, turn left on Mount Aetna Rd. The office will be directly in front of you.
- From Harrisburg: take I-81 South to Rt. 40 East (exit 6A). Continue on Rt. 40 (also known as the Dual Highway) all the way through Hagerstown (approximately 3.5 miles), turn right on Mount Aetna Rd (just beyond the Sharrett car dealership) and immediately left into the office parking lot.

Directions:
- From Washington, DC: take I-270 North to Rt. 15 North. Get off at the Motter Avenue exit. Make a right onto Oppossumtown Pike. Continue to 2nd Light and make a right on Thomas Johnson Dr. Make first right into parking lot at 198 Thomas Johnson Dr. We are on the second floor – suite 19.
- From Baltimore: take I-70 West to Rt. 15 North. Get off at the Motter Avenue exit. Make a right onto Oppossumtown Pike. Continue to 2nd Light and make a right on Thomas Johnson Dr. Make first right into parking lot at 198 Thomas Johnson Dr. We are on the second floor – suite 19.
